Lực torque đặt Implant được khuyến cáo là 30 – 50 Ncm.

Nếu dùng lực torque quá 50Ncm, hãy xem xét giảm áp suất gây ra bởi lực torque cao bằng cách:
(1) Đảo ngược implant 2-3 vòng và đặt lại với chiều cao phù hợp
(2) Tháo implant và countersink hoặc dụng cụ tạo đường khoan có ren trong xương; sau đó đặt lại
implant. (Nếu implant được tháo ra, hãy đặt lại vào trong lọ titanium trong suốt quá trình countersink/
tạo ren)

* Trình tự khoan có thể bắt đầu với mũi khoan Ø2.4 /Ø2.0

LƯU Ý: Do tính cá nhân của từng tình trạng bệnh, Bác sĩ phải sử dụng chuyên môn và chẩn
đoán lâm sàng trong việc lựa chọn phác đồ thích hợp.

Dr Abba is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. He graduated Tel Aviv University in 2004 and completed his residency in maxillofacial surgery in Ashkelon Medical Center, Israel. He is an attending surgeon at the oral and maxillofacial department at Barzilai Medical center in Ashkelon, Israel and His private practice in Tel Aviv is dedicated only to maxillofacial surgery implantology and bone grafting. Dr Abba has gained a vast experience in oral rehabilitation implantology and bone grafting. His main interests are oral and maxillofacial trauma, implantology and bone grafting, sinus lift complications and management and salivary gland diseases. Dr Abba has participated in numerous advanced training courses around the world and spent two months of fellow training in the OMS department in LMU in Munich, Germany. He has lectured nationally and internationally in various subjects in oral and maxillofacial surgery and implantology. He is involved in research and residents training and is a co-author of the book “Minimal invasive oral and maxillofacial surgery”.

Dr Dahan has obtained his Dental Degree in1976 at the TOULOUSE University, FRANCE and completed his Periodontology License from the University of MARSEILLE, FRANCE (1978).
After his emigration to ISRAEL, Dr Dahan spent a sabbatical year in 1984, in BOSTON (USA).
Since 1985 he maintains in Haifa a private practice, the PerioTeam78 at the Moria Periodontal Center, which focuses exclusively on Periodontics and Implantology with a clear orientation to Esthetics.

Today, Dr Dahan concentrates his activity in Bone Regeneration, Implantology, Microsurgery and the Laser therapy, and is in charge of a Training Center, “The Private Academy”.

In 2018 Dr. Dahan has completed a MASTERSHIP in LASER DENTISTRY in the Aachen University.
Dr Dahan is a lecturer in Israel and all around the world and is also a member of:

Alex Burcea DDS, MSc, PhD is an international trainer and lecturer for Oral Surgery and Implantology field with over 16 years of experience. After he graduated the Faculty of Dental Medicine of Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest he attended the residency program in oral surgery at the Carol Davila University of Bucharest and he obtained the title of oral surgery specialist.
